Press release ?

The last dividend was $1.05, or (.525 after the split)? The confusing press release at least to me seems in the share buyback? The release was to be at 7.am Toronto time, this was early.... Can anyone make sense of this to me or was this posting manipulated ?

Sorry,  the release was to be at 7 MDT, 2 hours + early. Still, the Press release is confusing me.  The only thing my other posting was I used EST insteadof Mountain stardard time,  What gives?
