CNQ makes up 9.5% of his fund. Management is supreme. 100% of Free Cash Flow is being paid back to shareholders. Solid.

I am at a loss on the performance of the stock price over the lat 7 months.

The decline in share price started shortly after the stock split...perhaps making it easier to short. Analysts now seem luke warm with their forecasts. Need some catalyst to provide upward momentum ie; dividend increase or significant buy backs at next earnings report.
