what's the deal with the locals. On the latest interview

with the Crux guy, the ceo talked about how locals were living on and have worked the mine for decades.
In africa they build them fantastic villages---far far better than they live in before---and they resettle there.
These guy seem to have built a mile long berm---live that's gong to keep them out. So are there miners currently working the land? Or is the case that in Guat the locals are strong-armed to stay away?
So, I guess they could sell to the Chinese---which seems to be the way to go.
Certainly makes sense from a NPV standpoint and the fact it's permited.
It also makes snese that the major shareholder is holding out for a half decent number that somewhat reflects a price that comes closer to the value at 2500 plus gold. While he woun't be expecting the full nav, he likley wants 50% or more.
