CALGARY, AB, Nov. 17, 2021 /PRNewswire/ - Canadian Pacific Railway Limited (TSX: CP) (NYSE: CP) ("CP") announces that its wholly- owned subsidiary, Canadian Pacific Railway Company, is issuing C$1.0 billion of 1.589% Notes due 2023 and C$1.2 billion of 2.540% Notes due 2028, which will be guaranteed by CP (the "Canadian offering").
