CERB and lockdowns with a lot of stay at home folks - easy picking for the boiler room boys. It was a stock scammers wet dream! exactly right....all of that has now dried up AND anyone can walk into a bank and put money down and get 4.5% 100% safe investment NO RISK so there is that too
