Technical Indicators

As of yesterday several technical indicators have been triggered for a return to bullish sentiment on the stock we saw interrupted in September.

Once it gets to cash it should bounce back. Insiders have been buying. I checked Sedi and can't find anything on the buybacks? Not even the 3000 they bought last quarter according to the conference call.  Trevyent is going back to the fda In the new year and Trulance should be dealt with as well. Also looking for an announcement on Activis generic launch next week. Waiting to see.

If I recall correctly, NCIB purchases don't have same reporting rules as insiders. NCIB is calendar monthly I believe.

They have filed no buybacks to Sedi in any month as far as I can tell?

The nov 12 press release with q3 results disclosed 30,000 shares. As I said, I'm not sure what the rules are for NCIB disclosure other than it's different from insiders disclosure. Maybe quarterly in the financial release is all that is required. Try asking the cfo maybe.

Lol have you ever called or emailed these guys? Maybe at the earliest it takes 3 months for a reply. I'm not worried anyway, lots of catalyst ahead in January. Just would be nice for some disclosures. Even the few shares they bought they had no clue what they bought them at?
