afer this arbitration. He should retire now. It seems he holds 50%. of total shares.

What a bad news! I hope the company will be sold. I would be happy to have 1.50$/share but I think the company could be sold for lower than that. There is not many people in line to buy this small company. The pipeline is not very attractive. I think the company will lose at least around 10%-20% of the share price next week. Don't blame yourself, Michel. It might have worked out, except that the controlling family and their three or four acolytes never cared about investors and never spent a minute of time in the real world.
