intangible assets now becomes credit of tax loss. it is a profitable company. It will pay no tax or much less tax for a long time from its profit. It spent that 5m long time ago, no impack on current fianacials. Market dose not like uncertainty. Now situation is clear. Market did not factor in a win with $1 share price.

I cannot see any justification for the award from the letter. Whether Cipher can reclaim their money invested in Trulance from Bausch is yet to be seen. I would expect a much smaller amount, if at all. In my view, Cipher has lost the trust of many shareholders. I expect a sell-off on Monday, how deep it goes, you have to wait and see.
