Quiet Board
Very interested in seeing Cipher's 4th Quarter/Annual Financials that will likely be released next week.
Highly probable they booked the $5.4M US impairment charge in 4th quarter while the $240,000 (plus any other payments to Bausch prior to March 31st) will be booked in 1st Quarter.
Cipher may generate enough revenue & product profits (in 4th Q)
to offset a significant chunk of the impairment charge .. but it's doutful.
I'd guesstimate they'll record a Net Loss for the year 2020.

It is a non cash charge so it would not impact cash flow it would reduce the net earnings it will be interesting to see how the market see it. I think everyone dump shares already.

Correct, the impairment charge is a non-cash entry. It's kind of like spending $8 - $ 9 million on a fixed asset to be amortized over 15 or 20 years. Then you find out a year & a half later that it's totally useless and are forced to write it off ... and that you'll be required to pay an undetermined amount of cash to get rid of it.

Lmao Pablo has been a CPH advocate for years. Guy knows more about the company than anyone on this bb. There's NO DEMAND for this stock even with a low share float of 21 mill.

I really don't like having lost an arbitration case that we couldn't loose. But really dislike not knowing how much we're going to have to pay Bausch. What if they want compensation for an at least one year delay in the Trulence launch? Compensation for lost revenues and profits? This could become quite an ugly affair.

You're just a little delusional stockfy. I had never heard of Cipher before you were pumping it on the CZO board. I've never posted on this board until a few weeks ago. Seems like you're the one who's desperate to get the SP higher. If I get the right price I'll buy in .. if not, I'll move on & invest elsewhere .. no big deal.
