Should be trading at least 70$
Payout ratio around 40%. CFPS is around 5$. Expected to grow to around 7$ by end of 2023. It should be trading at least 70$. Let it stay lower longer so that I can add more every month. How dumb are investors?

Makes more money than Apple per share and has better growth. But the price is less than 1/3rd of Apple.

I'm not sure about that. Morningstar is pretty accurate with its fair value calculatins and they have fair value at $35.41. My wife & I are in for the long term but I think this correction isn't quite done yet. I suspect we'll see between $32 and 33 before it's all said and done. Ciao Sarge

I believe you are short seller. You must be out of your mind. cfps is 5$. Multiply by 15 its 75. Cfps for 2023 will be 7$.

I don't believe you. Based on free cash flow of 5$ per share, 75$ is a good price. https://www.nasdaq.com/articles/using-price-cash-flow-find-value-screen-week-2014-02-18

Hi, Dileas. Could you explain your reasoning here, since YOUR yield will not change during SP increase? Would you not, in fact, expect dividend increase to follow or lead the shares up?

70$+ is fair value. It might not reach anytime soon. Simply Wallstreet has a valuation more than 100$

Simply Wallstreet is not a credible source of information. As just one concrete example they evaluated Trulieve once (at least) using Trulite numbers. I would caution you to treat the information with as much credence as you would a stock recommendation written on a washroom cubicle wall.

CPX has a cfps of 5$. My simple calculation = 5 x 100/7 = 70+ Cfps is supposed to increase to 7 by end of 2023

AQN cfps is around 1.35$ and trading at around 20. CPX cfps is around 5$ trading at 35. CPX cfps is 3.5 times AQN. Based on this CPX should be around 70$ without considering AQN is undervalued too
