Strong earnings

AFFO of 159 million or 1.49 per share for the quarter, they had previously guided 500 to 550 million for the year but now sahying it will be above that.  So another beat and raise. More capital appreciation is expected here.

Great results indeed. I wonder what it will take to raise the dividend?

They've guided for a 7% dividend increase in 2021 and a 5% dividend increase in 2022 - last time the raise was announced at the end of July.  I think if they want to allocate excess cash to shareholders, they might consider the buyback.  Dividend increase CAGR for past 10 years is around 11 percent so who knows if they go further than planned but since they guided and met their guide ...more
