This is great news for Capital Power and the Province of Alberta to offer reliable electricity.

Ah, yes for Capital Power.....but Alberta does not "offer electricity" ...reliable of otherwise. As far as I know it's the only Province that does not produce electricity through a wholly owned crown corporation. It relies on a quite a number of private sector suppliers.
