WHY CNQ NOT ACQUIRE CR INSTEAD OF CJ

??????????????????

I do not know anything about Cardinal Energy.  However, Crew is not interesting in getting acquired at these prices.  Dale is definitively not interested in selling and Crew is worth a lot more than $0.50 or whatever a premium would be at these prices. I was looking at  CJ recently as a recovery from Covid play based on high leverage oil prices.  A good reminder to always do DD. I was under the impression that management of CJ had already resolved their short term debt issues. Either way it seems they were not being open with ...more
