hi there thanks for the NAV... I assume your figures dont include Kilo purchase, do you have an estimate of the impact of that? thanks

Yeah it closed last night, I updated the model for the KGL and all of the portfolio changes in Q1.  It was definitely the most active in a while.  They sold out of a bunch of small positions to make room for KGL, I guess. I am valuing the KGL warrants at a nickel but obviously the assumptions are key with them. The new NAV is $0.97/share basic and $0.95 fully diluted.

On the Kilo the 25 cents they paid reflected the warrant as well so I think it's pretty much trading in line with the issue price but certainly HUM and KGL are important to CRG investors! I think CRG is the best too in terms of value and I hope that Goodman decides to grow it through RYG etc...and become a true junior merchant bank or just takes it private.  This discount is way too big. ...more

Thanks for those names, I will have to look into KXM and SMD and IAM.... I had looked at SMD and almost bought... AAB - sad thing is the Bharti gang are able to put in massive change of control payouts to reward their failures.... no idea why that is legal, but it is and hurts the real NAV.   They like to show the NAV with out that albatros in order to mislead investors.  Of course it ...more

With AAB, I'm hoping this strategic review they have undertaken will result in some closing of the gap to NAV but I'm not sure if that hope is well founded.
