While this is obviously great for the price of copper, how might this affect Capstone with Santo Domingo being in Chile?

Capstone has a tax stability deal for 15 years similar to what teck has at their massive QB2 project.  While the government can always nullify agreements, in my opinion that is unlikely.  In the end Chile is going into an election in November and there will be lots of noise.  I think taxes will ultimately go up but not in the current form proposed.  Actually I think taxes are
