Buying op?

So, China is flexing it's muscle to keep copper and other metal prices down. Can they do it ?
Also Chile and Peru are wanting a bigger slice of the pie ! Can they do it?
So, is this the beginning of a downware revision for CS and CMMC or is this a buying opportunity?

capstone is a cash cow. No debt. Even at $3.50 copper there second quarter numbers will be phenomenal. Way oversold right now

Politics will always affect the short term price for commodities but I think the long term view for copper demand is great, and new copper supply is continuously lower grade and harder to find.  Even at 4.10 realized copper price last quater, this company posted 16 adjusted cents per share. At a 10 P/E, thats $6.40 stock price. Not saying copper can't dip below 4$/lb short term, but this ...more

I think it is a buying opportunity and indeed I just did. I don't expect a surge near term, but if you take the long view with copper I think this price is very cheap. The fact that they may be able to fund and retain their new project with ~ 25% share dilution is a plus in my view.
