To days losing price was 6.67 much higher than thec6.30 ?

I guess it's just a change in ownership of about 70 million shares ?

This is not a change of ownership, CS is issuing 59.5M shares plus 9M options at $6:30 and using the cash to fund its growth projects, so CS didn't take loans rather it issued shares.

This may have short term negative impact on the SP, SP may adjust close to $6.30 due to the fear that the new buyers may sell if the SP is above $6.30, but in the long term this is positive sign due to the fact that buyers are willing to buy significant amount of shares at $6.30, that means if copper holds at current price or goes up, then $6.30 would become the floor for CS SP, it is all my ...more
