We know from past history whatever timeline gagnon promises (except wasting millions of dollars of this scam/ponzi scheme merger) that is just not going happen. Hell the PGX scale up was to be fully commission and running at the end of 2023 and yet nothing, zilch. Hell we haven't any news release at all over the last year on what progress is being made on gagnon's fictional pipeline. But NoShowRonnie is thrilled as he and gagnon continue to drain the cosciens dry.
