I added quite a bit yesterday.. this was supposed to be my safe play but I've had to average down.. either way, I'll keep it for 3-4 years.. ditto for Sierra

Het Itsalie, Are you still buying more  ?  At $ 8,09 yield is  7,56 % Might be a classic dividend cut coming forward ! However great value for : ''the largest operator in the Canadian seniors living sector with over 200 quality retirement communities in four provinces including properties under development. With a big debt and facing higher interest cost in the coming years. ...more

No I am not buying more, I've averaged down and now will just ride it out and collect the divvy.. Not too worried about a divvy cut.. High interest rates tend to punish divvy stocks..
