Why did it take so long?

I expected this drop the day they reduced the dividend.
BTW it's obvious they don't give a flying f%$^ about investors.

No drop in the A shares though.  Dividend payout is clearly defined (0.60 or 90% of earnings whichever is higher). They actually paid over that. The gap between A and B share trading price had narrowed quite a bit in the last months but has now opened back up. A shares probably better reflects the true value.
