10% annual redemption at 95% of nav too.    get on board...nav 4.47 and stock at 3.31.

Yes - muy bueno portfolio. $3.31 for $4.59 NAV. That's a discount of almost 28%. You have to really hate management to not be tempted by that discount. They've taken a new tack - perhaps in response to criticism. The new approach trades away yield in favour of cap gains. Personally, I could use some cap gains.
