Yes the SP may fall back a bit today (although I don't think it will fall back to the financing level). But you have to be impressed given that they only crossed this price threshold in early July and have already garnered support from a number of firms who have coughed up $150m. Clearly this company is well recognized as a long term powerhouse. GLTA

Agreed. Look at Nuvei...they have done a number of these deals in the past 6 months. While there was a short-term blip in share price after announcing, the general trend has been up.....way up.

Just released their upsize NR a couple of minutes ago. That certainly didn't take long and now they're up to $225M. I rest my case. GLTA

I tried yesterday to get onto the oversubscribed allotment list, and 1st thing this morning, before the NR was issued. I spoke to brokers and a supervisor at iTrade, and no luck getting any stock. They all said that institutional buyers ate up 99% of what was offered. I pressed them all, and was ready to take a substantial amount, but no luck. Did anyone get any shares in this offering? I'm

...forgot to mention. I was also told a lot of buying interest from overseas institutional buyers was high. TG I have a small position in CTS. I picked up more today. IMO, CTS has a lot of runway ahead of them.

Now you know why the financing amount was quickly raised and fully oversubscribed. It looks like we have a long term juggernaut on our hands. GLTA
