Why are you so negative?
Most probably, the takout price is around $7.50-$8.00.

Also most probably the company doesn't want to sell at that price.
In 5 years from now, it could be $30 so why give the company away.

They probably had this offer for about a week and didn't announce it
until they got fed up with the stock price dropping and
decided to do something about it. and release the news.

Why have they bought so many other companies lately, it didn't help their stock whatsoever. Are they trying to be a roll up?

They have bought all these ventures at peak and  some write offs could happen   Debt with Rising Interest costs and market action is so bad I doubt if there is some solid  bids there market is,nt bidding over  5 bucks now  thats not good

I agree mostly , plus even the ones they bought not at the peak are mostly smaller margin type tech companies. I do believe there are possibly 2 suitors in canada that would possibly make this aquisition acretive to them are enghouse and open text, can't really see much wanting it other than maybe some private equity. I hold a bit recently bought  for a trade, tempted to sell now but
