My guess is if the company is taken out, it should be at a good premium to what will probably be the weighted average share price over the 20 or 30 days prior to the signing of the deal (wouldn't want to venture a guess as to what the takeout price might be). Alternatively, if the committee comes back with a restructuring plan, asset sales, business as usual, etc., whatever the share price is ...more
