New Investors

The pandemic spawned an entirely new crop of investors, many of whom were young and stuck at home. The majority of these individuals could care less about analyst reports or company fundamentals, etc. They buy on rumour, they buy on sudden SP movement and they have the patience of a gnat. If something doesn't materialize within a few weeks, they move elsewhere but not before complaining on stock forums such as this. 

So now CTS is pretty much back to where it was when they announced their special committee on 22 Nov of last year. Why is that? Because obviously any potential benefits of this committee have long ago been dismissed and CTS is back to being viewed as just another tech company struggling within a tough sector. 

Investing in the stock market is a long haul and not for the weak at heart. Patience is often rewarded but the vast majority will never stick around for the ride. All IMHO of course. GLTA

I just don't like the tactic of implying they have interested parties in order to stimulate what was a falling stock price.  Noticed other companies have been doing this same thing and it causes a pop in the price and then it fizzles out, and the so-called interested parties doesn't materialize.  I really hope I'm wrong as I own shares, but it is frustrating to watch this ...more

regarding a buyout ... i was told by a banker friend that it usually takes 6 months for these reviews.
