Is this company going bankrupt?  Everyday it's 3 to 5% down, it's ridiculous

No its not even close to bankruptcy. But judging by price action it may seem that way. The company is cash flow positive

I can't even remember the last up day for this stock.  It's making me think somebody in the know of the results of that "special committee " review is unloading their position.  It's just too much daily selling to think it's a coincidence, management's silence for this long doesn't help
