If nothing comes out of this I think the management repurchases shares at this low price like last year. I love the tactic.

They have a lot of debt in a rising interest rate environment. Don't you think they should focus on paying that off lest they fail to meet a debt covenant in the future, especially if there's little sales growth should a recession hit at some point.

Not at all. Sales growth is strong. Interest rates have peaked and will fall by fourth quarter.
