1. As Kevin O'Leary likes to say, Anslysts know nothing.
2. If a company is looking at "strategic alternatives" then that is a warning sign to get out in-and-of itself. Do not try to contort any other sort of view on this.

Strategic Review announcements may be initiated / conducted for different reasons: 1) The company is genuinely underpriced and unlikely to get recognized for its fair market value on the exchanges and thus looking to possibly be taken out at a fair and full price or otherwise restructured to unlock value.   2) The company wants to try to stop the bleeding of a falling share price by ...more

I have to put you on ignore. Why? Because even though you seem to spew logic there is ALWAYS a hint of negativity with everything you write. Nobody gives a flying fig what you say but you're short the stick and therefore a pos and utterly nauseating.
