They're paying a dividend of 0.01 per share per quarter just so they can technically claim they are still a dividend-paying company. Buying back shares with a balance sheet like that is not a smart move IMO. They act like they have lots of cash to spare, but I don't think they're fooling large investors who see higher interest rates, inflation and a likely recession at some point in
