Boris hinted in one of his last interviews that "CPG distribution" is high on the priority list, not sure an LP has what he is looking for.

Curaleaf is the only one of the big 4 msos that haven't filed with SEC why?If they partner with Lp they don't have to there already there.
Comment by Sampic on Feb 20, 2021 7:23am
Boris does have ties to a Canadian lp through one of his other companies this lps location cheap power supply favourable political climate partnership with big beverage producer and ability to scale its weed production do to a recent acquisition would make sense for certain.Pure speculation but who knows.
Comment by Sampic on Feb 20, 2021 9:36am
Went through the sec filings pretty well every msos has filed but Cura?If they dont file soon something is definitely up.
Comment by Oldweed on Feb 20, 2021 11:46am
Well that is an interesting observation, thing that make you go hmmmmm!
Comment by Sampic on Feb 20, 2021 2:20pm
If you don't see a sec filing in the next month Curaleaf will merge with Hexo.Pure speculation but a lot friendly relations between the companies.
Comment by Sampic on Feb 20, 2021 2:29pm

Comment by Sampic on Feb 20, 2021 2:39pm

Comment by Sampic on Feb 20, 2021 2:40pm

Your insight into cura leaf is much appreciated along with a few others on this board....I've been a small shareholder for about a year. If it's not acquired I kinda of looked at cura as becoming the Starbucks of cannabis stores. Not as many stores obviously but a similar approach.
Comment by Oldweed on Feb 20, 2021 3:10pm
Certainly not unusual for an executive to parachute into a company a year or so prior an acquisition!
Comment by Form001 on Feb 20, 2021 3:35pm
Yes, HEXO is a possibility, we will have more news after March 9. At that time CURA should reach 30.00 C.
Comment by Form001 on Feb 20, 2021 4:20pm
Why not Canopy Growth?
Comment by Sampic on Feb 20, 2021 5:33pm
Way overpriced and are already with a Acerage and constellation

1. Boris Jordan cover of Forbes a month ago states Curaleaf will be the FritoLays of Cannabis. 2.Three PepsiCo board members on Curaleaf board.3.PepsiCo looking to make move into cannabis industry now that legalization is imminent.4.Curaleaf the only mso not to file an S1 with sec. would bypass the process all together with sale or merger with PepsiCo.5.I have a gut feeling.
Comment by Form001 on Feb 20, 2021 7:35pm
To be the Frito-Lay's, we need 1000 stores, from what I saw, stores are very nice, very actual.
Comment by Form001 on Feb 20, 2021 7:46pm
I said 1000 stores but it's more 2000. CURA will need more $$$$ to expand a lot more stores. We 2000 stores, we run the show.
Comment by blackspade799 on Feb 20, 2021 7:51pm
CURA with 101stores now open plus looking to have 150 stores open year end, plus they are selling their Select Brand close to 2000 stores all over the US. Keep in mind M&A in the works that could blow up their store numbers..Below is a great interview Chairman Jordan did with Bloomburg news, have a watch.   "Curaleaf Isn't Being Built to Sell, Chairman Jordan Says: https:/ ...more
