Appreciate the information but personally disagree. True, changes in policy will not come from Biden, however, the change will come from the senate if anything. Biden would sign if it cleared a vote from the senate floor and then moved onto his desk.

Somewhat agree with you. It was just a poll about what Americans think Biden will do (won't do) for legalization. I saw other reasons like NJ missing another deadline for start of recreational sales, a dive in sales overall this quarter (Bojo mentioned the black market harvest) and also the fact that retail investors hold these stocks so are selling at the absolute wrong time.
