Only one reason for institutional investors to be selling IIPR and that's Safe Banking it's to good a play otherwise.Best REIT in North America by far huge profits nice dividend best management in the game.They must know safe banking is a lock.

I love it I'm a buyer at 150 all the way down even if safe banking passes there will always be a need for what these guys are doing.If safe doesn't pass it will pop 50 percent minimum.
