Both Democrats and Republicans are enjoying 280E. Its a cash cow that keeps giving. NO other industry is giving governement this kid of return on taxes. U.S. is in a recession and are looking for ways to collect money and the cannabis industry is a God sent. Sen. Chuck Schumer could of easily pass cannabis in a budget reconcillation bill that would of overrided the filibuster rules in the Senate
