If you take what he said, I'm not sure how it may actually work. If you look at the Congressional Calendar, the House is only in session until this week and the Senate until the 22nd. Unless they decide to extend the sitting (which I doubt they will for just SAFE+). I can only see them extending for pressing issues and will be anxious to go home for Christmas. The House then only comes back

Safe passed in the House already, so I think it's just up to Senate to pass SAFE, HOPE and GRAM. So appears that the Senate will have up to 22 Dec to get it done. So this week, nothing happens but SP will come under pressure. The question is whether people will be turning to re-scheduling at the most realistic opportunity for Cannabis. This week could actually the best time to scale back in
