If you look at the 3 states of Michigan, Pennsylvannia and Wisconsin, pot is a big issue in all of them.

Michigan is fully legal, Pennsylvania is only medical and Wisconsin has limited medical but some jurisidictions have passed local laws to decriminalize or partially decriminalize possession. Therefore, pot is a big issue or going to be a big issue in those specific states so Biden will need to do something positive to win those states. And what better way than to re-schedule or de-schedule and take the full credit.

Here's a follow-up on Wisconsin and how they plan to go medical in 2023 and even propose rec.
