My concern like many is the time it takes for the review process. I have read anywhere from 6-9 months. Could this be kept until the next election cycle? Maybe. But optics do not look good. Britney Griner was released from Russia for the same thing many Americans are in jail for. I doubt he wants to discuss that during any debates. Imagine all the Americans sitting in jail for the same thing ...more

I disagree - there are new states that have legalized - that's a catalyst ... there are, hopefully, bigger ones coming, but regardless of SAFE, descheduling, etc., there are sales to be made
