White House drug czar said recently that that the president’s action was “historic,” adding that there are “clearly” medical benefits of cannabis.

Like HHS, DOJ has similarly committed to quickly carrying out the separate scheduling review the president directed, which could result in a recommendation to place cannabis in a lower schedule or remove it altogether, effectively legalizing the plant under federal law.

I want nothing more than for this to be true.  but this article highlights the process of descheduling etc Could take years and years and it gives a timeline up to 2029! All I am saying is that we need to temper our expectations. yes, Biden is in the US VI right now at the same time they passed legislation.  but we have all seen Schumers "soon" which amounts to nothing.  can the review be completed in the next few months, possibly. But the steps following that decision can take years and years. Maybe because cannabis has the public

Not owning a multi billion dollar growing business YoY, even with-out SAFE Banking as more States join the Green Cannabis econmony while MSOs stockprices are at all time lows, is a no brainer. Cannabis is only legal in 21 states and 37 medical. Potential Re-Schedule will be with out question a game changer could be in a few days or next year, With or with out it or SAFE Banking, the cannabis
