The delays in fiancials are likely due to the volume of auditing work related to the significant acquisition activity. Once the conversion to GAAP is complete, Curaleaf will be in a better place. The slide continues, cura soon to have a $2 handle, i think end of the month financials will disappoint, i think these guys will be doing a cash raise soon, maybe that is the delay in the financials.  dillution coming bought deal at a lower price they need cash to continue on with there spending at the share holders expense, this is known as the (hexo business model) lol
