There was an usually high volume and good afternoon price movement on no news. All the markets were down and usually, pot companies suffer more than the big boys, but not today. If we get a higher than normal volume tomorrow and an increase in price, then someone knows something.

If this is the case tomorrow, then I'm presuming that there is word going around Washington that SAFE has a good chance of passing. Therefore, the word is out and the politicians are buying, their friends, friends friends and so on. This would start to worry the shorts and they are covering in fear of getting squeezed. It could also mean that brokers are warning and/or calling in their margins with shorts because they're concerned that the shorts may not be able to cover if the volume/price movement keeps going up.
