German Health Minister Pushes Cannabis Legalization

Germans Health Minister TV debates sematics on Cannabis rules before April 1st vote. Cigarettes, Alcohol even penutts have killed more people then Cannabis. Fact is the legal market is thriving in Germany with unregulated products and no tax is being collected. Minister of Health explains to panel on a German TV show how they are moving forward.
