What if moved to Schedule 2 instead of 3?
Guys, how big a deal would it be if MJ was switched from 1 to 2, instead of 3? I ask this question because of the concern I have read about within the DEA that some of the strains of MJ are very strong, which does appear to be a bit of a warranted matter. When I look at examples of Schedule 2 and 3 drugs, I'd be lying if I tried to say MJ seems to not be more like the 2 list than the 3 list. While MJ should definitely be taken off the Schedule 1 list, I'm not sure where it should go ............ thoughts?:

Then the Republicans will jump in and promise S3 and win the election. In 2020 Biden won by 7 million votes, I think roughly the MJ vote.

The head of the DEA is appointed by Joe Biden. What the boss wants, he will get. Joe will get SCH3. All the fluff we are hearing is nonthing more then political theater.. What do you think Curaleaf will be trading at when they get SCH3? $6-$8..??

I would suggest $6-8 for starters, though, I am not as convinced about the DEA rescheduling as you are, though, I hope you are loud right. Thank you.

Im not confident in the DEA, SAFER, Germany or Florida. What I do know is cannabis will continue to grow even with out these potential catalysts. I know at the end the SCOTUS will vote in favor for cannabis and the EU, U.S. markets will continue to grow as they are. Im in this for the long and will be adding tomorrow.

I hear you, but this stock eventually has to find its way to profitability, and I do not see that happening without rescheduling. Furthermore, I would not place my plan for MJ in the hands of today's SCOTUS.

Cura is not profitable yet cause it continues to expand, but once it's all set up and running efficiently the sky becomes the limit.

Black is right so many catalysts on the way in the short term, it's hard to beleive people are still wasting their time with Nvidia.
