Looks like the Hemp loophole will stay open

Not sure why CURA has not taken advantage of the Hemp loophole, four years ago I asked some people at Curaleaf about getting into Hemp and they said they were looking into it. It seems like a no brainer and a logical move. You can sell hemp products to all stores completely legal. Not sure why they did not get into that market? Now would be a good time imo to resurrect that deal with CVS. I think Curaleaf needs some new blood. Maybe bring in some heavy hitters onto the BoD. CURA needs to continue at looking at running the business with out any SC3 or Garland Memo there is a chance none of it happens. No chance SAFE passes imo. Curaleafs EU medical market  will be their advantage. We will see what BoJo has in plan..

Sounds like Black has gone bearish.  Biden and Schumer have been bought out by big pharma and alcohol.  But with Trump leading biggly in the polls they have no choice but to reschedule.

Meant DEA, and how much steam Trump is building: https://www.greaterfool.ca/2024/06/03/the-felon-the-geezer/ There’s no good outcome to the US election. None. We’ve all had a few days to reflect on the criminal conviction of Donald Trump. It reinforces the above. His pattern is set. He lost an election, so it must have been stolen. He lost civil judgments for sex abuse and business fraud. So ...more

The DEA Anne Milgram took to long so DoJ head Garland stepped in and fast tracked the process. Im not putting to much behind this, I still think this will all be done by the SCOTUS, Love to be wrong. Curaleaf imo needs to look at uplisting to the LSE or the FSE, i do not see a uplisting any time soon.... and We need to capitalize on the Hemp loophole, lets face it tabacco is not going anywhere and ...more

Schumer and Biden will keep 60 day discussion period going as long as they can.  Until they get uncomfortable with Trumps continued advancing lead in the polls.

This 'quite' period would be a great time to release the Garland memo, then the likes of JP Morgan, Blackrock, Goldman and Morgan Stanley can 'quietly' accumulate, no?
Comment by blackspade799 on Jun 04, 2024 2:03pm
It would be a maverick move Lumi, for sure, and would open up financial institions to custody shares, but may not let uplisting happen..lots of unknows. Not sure what Garland is waiting for? Could Garlands memo happen on July 22nd?  Cura Inter will be filing for their IP soon, this will be massive news when it happens. The market is oblivious to this news and would make our sp go parabolic. I ...more
