DEA Setting up their own kangaroo court for Cannabis

This is almost comedic but in fact its true and the Biden admin is letting them do this its so CRAZY!!

The hearing is scheduled to commence on Monday, December 2, 2024. The stated purpose of the hearing is so the DEA can “‘receiv[e] factual evidence and expert opinion regarding’ whether marijuana should be transferred [from Schedule I] to Schedule III of the list of controlled substances.” WOW!!!! 43K people during the comment period have been ignored and are not even listen to and 38/50 medical cannabis states are completely ignored. W-TF is going on in America?????? 

It remains unknown at this time who the Administrator will select to participate in the hearing process. The hearing notice instructs “interested” and “aggrieved parties” who wish to participate to file a written notice of intention to participate. Notices will be reviewed by the Agency and the Administrator will “make a determination of participants.” WOW just making it up as they go along, this is Crazy????

It also remains unknown how long the hearing process may take. Hearings held in the 1980s on the matter of rescheduling cannabis took place over several years. WHAT? So no dead line? This can go on for years...What happen to America????? Biden & Karmela have killed America, its becoming like the wild west!! 

Cannbais has been used for 100's-1000's of years, there are medical journals proving this. The DEA is acting like they just found a new species from outer space. This is complete B.........s

HHS wasn't expert enough, Biden can override this if he wants, but I don't think he is actually on our side

Thats right on Aug 29th 20213 HHS issued a 252 PAGE letter to the DEA to reclassify cannabis to schedule iii And so did the FDA. But the DEA does not need to listen to the HHS, FDA, 43K People or even to the 38/50 Medical cannabis states. Nor do they need to listen to the President or the vice president. THE DEA HAS GONE ROUGE.   What kind of kangaroo republic has America become?
