How much more evidence does the DEA Need on cannabis?
HHS have given them a 252 page report with medical studies - EVIDENCE! that proves cannabis should be a Schedule iii drug.
FDA Also agrees cannabis should be a schedule 3 drug
The DoJ asked people what they should do, 43,000 people replied, 92%. LET ME SAY THAT AGAIN 92% of Americans; Republicans, Democrats and Independant voted in favor of schedule iii and full legalization.
The President said cannabis must be a RE-schedual and the Vice President said it should be also be decriminalized completley- Legalized.
38/50 States are already using Medical cannabis!!!
24/50 States have Adult use cannabis!!!
All of this evidence and information is ignored by the DEA and they want to further drag this out with yet another study? Canada and Germany have legalized cannabis and have all completed their own studies. Cannabis has been used for 10's of thousands of years. More people die from riding a bike then they do from using cannabis. BUT THE DEA WANTs MORE EVIDENCE??? What kind of crazy insane world are we living in? WHO IS RUNNING AMERICA? W-T ...F IS REALLY GOING ON HERE?? AMERICA IS DEEPLY DEEPLYBROKEN.
