Potentially, maybe, but the numbers in FLorida are real, the maket exists now, it wil take years for Germany to catchup to Florida's market. New markets need new money, so either print more shares or get a new partner. That is the inflecton point we are at now, big money is still on the side unitl the US doors open up legally.
