DEA Acknowledges New Two-Step Test For Marijuana’s Accepted Medical Use Is Legitimate

the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is now acknowledging the legitimacy of the new two-part test used to determine a substance’s accepted medical use.

Cannabis can not longer be inforced as a Scheduled 1 drug. Its over!!

DEA needs to fess up and correct Nixons mistake (on purpose) from 50 years ago.  And payback all the 280e tax retro from the 70's.

There is no one left to enforce cannabis schedule 1. IRS does not have a legal leg to stand on regarding 280E. A new legal precedence has been set.
