yup better hope the republicans do not gain power. if they do i think legalization is done for another 4 years maybe even rescheduling and safe banking could be on hold. only 15 republicans support safe banking compared to 44 democrats.

I feel we may still have a surprise re-sch3 or executive order before the election, with the sole purpose to take the wind out of Trumps sails on the matter. No conicidence that the Nixon recording just happens to surface 50 years later at the most opportune time.

If Trump can't rally Republicans behind something as common sense as SAFE, he will lose the mj vote. He's smart enough to know this. And so is Schumer and it's why he asked Trump to step up.
