BNY Mellon to custody Bitcoin but not Cannabis
BNY Mellon, the world’s largest custodian bank with $50T under custody, is set to start holding Bitcoin for institutions. BNY MELON will custody a speculative 'asset' like
Bitcoin
but not Cannabis that employs over 400,000 workers across the country, has revenues over $30 Billion, has paid billions in taxes, is legal in some form in 38/50 States. This move by BNY Mellon Makes zero common sense.
