Since its inception, the campaign to criminalize marijuana and to stigmatize those who use it has been largely based on hyperbole, stereotypes and outright lies. This fact was reinforced recently by newly surfaced audio tapes showing that Richard Nixon—one of the primary architects of modern-day cannabis prohibition—privately expressed skepticism of his administration’s efforts to crack down on the plant and its consumers.

Whats mind boggling is that after this President Nixon news and the news from the HHS, FDA plus Harris, Biden and Trump are all for Schedule 3 and the DEA knowing very well that 38/50 States are using cannabis and doctors are giving it to their patients with amazing results.
