What we know is Trumps DoJ removed the Cole Memo back in Jan 2018 and Trump said that was a big mistake and Jeff Sessions should not have ever done that. What we know now is Sessions was very anti cannabis and well funded by speacial interest groups to pull back cannabis's growth. Trumps on record as saying he never knew the reverse course was going to halt Medical Cannabis research. Trump has very close friends and family that do take Medical cannabis for many medical issues. Trump is ver familar to what needs to be done. Germany will own our lunch on cannabis if America does not step up its R&D. BTW Boris lives just south of Trumps Golf course ;)
